We aren’t just creating an inclusive environment. DE&I incites curiosity. By celebrating the authenticity of individuals, we share in the human experience, breeding compassion, and effective collaboration. Our success in our mission depends on these shared values at our foundation.

Our initiatives

Gathering feedback from Seers

We are continuously gathering feedback from the wider team on how to improve our DE&I practices. We do this through eNPS (Employer Net Promoter Score) surveys, with an aim to be one of the areas that is ranked the highest. 

Improve the onboarding experience

We want new Seers to feel a greater awareness and understanding of our culture and values. We do this by implementing 'culture calls' for new joiners where they learn and find out how to get involved.

Diversity in our workforce 

We aim to improve our hiring practices to recruit without bias and increase diversity in our workforce. The DE&I committee supports the People team by providing content for job ads and processes to aid unbiased hiring.

As a committee we encourage engagement with our DE&I initiatives through quizzes, panels, sharing stories, and music and much more.

Music is one of the many ways we showcase our diversity at Panaseer. Pana-playlists are a series of themed playlists with the aim to curate eclectic working-from-home soundtracks and share great music within the company.
