The Digital Operational Resilience Act is coming
DORA is due to come into effect in January 2025. It impacts all financial institutions with presence in any EU country, and potentially third-party suppliers to those institutions. The Digital Operational Resilience Act consists of 64 articles in its main document, and further Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS).
