The UK Prime Minister David Cameron demonstrated support for the UK’s growing cyber security industry by inviting a select group of early stage businesses to a round table discussion at 10 Downing Street. Panaseer CEO Nik Whitfield contributed to the event which aimed to further enhance the support UK government provides to small, dynamic technology companies, such as those acting at the cutting edge of cyber security.

Nik confirmed that Panaseer would be working closely with the Prime Minister’s team to identify new ways of developing UK cyber technology business, “The UK has some of the world’s most skilled and visionary technologists and we’re tasked with unraveling the challenges posed by the cyber threat in the modern age.”

“Solving the issues we are facing today, tomorrow and in the years to come is of paramount importance to maintaining and enhancing our chosen way of life. There is no doubt that the cyber threat picture is going to get worse before it gets better, and Panaseer’s role is to carefully inform business leaders of the level of risk they are exposed to so they can make positive business decisions in the face of the ever changing cyber security landscape.”
